Carbon Dioxide Monitor

The Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor is designed to provide continuous, unattended monitoring of both oxygen and carbon dioxide. The Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor has a wide range of measurements for both gas consitutents.

The focal point of the Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor is its state-of-the-art sensor technology. The oxygen sensor features a patented extended life electrochemical sensor with EES (enhanced electrolyte system). EES retards passivation of the sensor anode by allowing the products of oxidation to dissolve in the electrolyte. As a result, sensor life is extended.

The Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor includes a next generation NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) measuring system. The carbon dioxide sensor in the Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor incorporates closed-loop control for enhanced long-term calibration stability. The control signal in the Series 9500 Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide Monitor is generated by means of an optical referencing element that monitors source intensity. This methodology, coupled with a novel source homogenizing gas sampling chamber, yields a system with greatly improved tolerance to changes in the infrared source outputs.

Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor

The Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor features a next generation infrared sensor that redefines the science of infrared gas sensing and carbon dioxide monitor. The compact and easy to use Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor is suitable for applications in HVAC Demand Control Ventilation, Environmental Chambers, Indoor Air Quality, Greenhouse Monitoring, and many other commercial and industrial applications.

Carbon Dioxide Monitor

The non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor in the carbon dioxide monitor is the focal point of the Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor. Unlike electrochemical carbon dioxide sensors, non-dispersive infrared gas sensors do not chemically react with the gas being sampled.  The ability of certain gases to absorb infrared radiation has been successfully utilized in developing various gas sensing instruments. A key advantage factor over traditional IR sensors is the ease in which the Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor can be field calibrated. The Carbon Dioxide Monitor superior design makes field calibration of the carbon dioxide monitor fast and easy. And, because of the high reliability components used in the Series 9502 Carbon Dioxide Monitor, calibration intervals of this carbon dioxide monitor are much longer than rival carbon dioxide monitor.

Carbon Dioxide Monitor

The Series 9502 carbon dioxide monitor comes equipped with an easy-to-see 0.35” high liquid crystal display, single adjustable carbon dioxide monitor alarm relay, and a 4-20 mADC linear output that can be used with a recorder, datalogger, etc. In addition to the 4- 20 mADC output, the Series 9502 carbon dioxide monitor has a  0-10 VDC analog output also. Both analog outputs can be scaled by the user over any low and high values as long as they don't exceed the range of the carbon dioxide monitor.
